Armin van Buuren, born on December 25, 1976, in Leiden, Netherlands, is one of the most influential figures in the history of electronic music. His dedication is legendary: while building his musical career, he completed his law degree in 2003. However, the courts lost a lawyer and the world gained an icon. A State of Trance and Armada Music

In 2001, Armin launched his radio show, "A State of Trance" (ASOT). What began as a small show in Dutch has become a global cultural phenomenon, broadcast to nearly 40 million weekly listeners.
