The pulse arrived before the DJ booth

Drums were the first center of gravity in Damon Hess's career. Based in Sheffield, he formed Littlecrazy alongside Jamie Pringle and took the band on UK tours, O2 Academy stages, and festivals, as well as participating in the last concert held at Don Valley Stadium before its closure in 2013. Upon concluding that chapter, he transferred the discipline of live performance to electronic production. Since the beginning of the 2010s, he worked with a focus on commercial and vocal house, but gradually expanded his range toward deeper, club-oriented material. His relationship with the band format reappeared in A State Of Romance, an electronic rock project developed during 2020.

Pop vocals over club basslines

His solo catalog moves between house and tech house, with accessible choruses, marked percussion, and arrangements designed for the dancefloor. He has released music linked to Perfect Havoc, Ministry of Sound, Warner, Sony, Atlantic, New State Music, 303Lovers, Get Twisted, and Undr The Radr. His works include Want You to Stay, 95, and Dancing in the Rain with Deep Matter and Tania Doko, Look at You with Mila Falls, 1210s, Single Life, Undertaker, Black & White with Eleni C, and Feel Good. His club remix of It Feels So Good by Sonique and Ramiro surpassed 1.7 million views on YouTube. In 2021, he compiled part of his work in Cheeky Trax Presents Damon Hess, and in 2022, he released a recorded session at Eden Ibiza alongside Alfie Cridland. He has surpassed nine million streams and has achieved a number one on club charts.

An agenda built in Ibiza

Ibiza is one of the axes of his professional activity. Hess has maintained residencies or regular performances at Eden, O Beach, El Patio, Itaca, and Enigma, and has promoted the event brands Soko and Void between the UK and Ibiza. His lineups have featured Sonny Fodera, James Hype, Joel Corry, Green Velvet, Sosa, PAX, and Low Steppa. During the 2026 season, he has 22 dates scheduled for House in Paradise at O Beach. Added to this facet is his radio work: he hosted shows on Gaydio and maintains a weekly presence on Select.

P.O.U opens the melodic plane

In parallel to his individual career, Hess develops P.O.U, an evolution of the name Product Of Us. The project explores progressive house, melodic house, and melodic techno, and has released on Anjunabeats, Purified Records, Siona Records, Flashover, and Vandit, in addition to operating his label Of Us Records. In 2025, he released the album Breathe, a collection of twelve tracks that consolidated this emotional and progressive side following three number ones on Beatport. The coexistence between that melodic universe, the direct house of his sessions, and his experience as a drummer summarizes a profile that also encompasses radio, event promotion, and production for different formats.
