Unusual Suspects in the Sankeys basement

In 2015, the basement of Sankeys Ibiza became the laboratory for Unusual Suspects, the night that Frank Storm launched alongside Marco Bassi to bring back long sets, underground guests, and no rush to sell tickets with obvious names to the island. Cassy, Chris Liebing, DJ Sneak, Enzo Siragusa, or Sonja Moonear passed through that serious dancefloor community, and the format traveled to EGG London, IPSE Berlin, and OPIVM Bali. Before that stage, he was already a resident at No Name Club and had played at Space Ibiza, Pacha, and The Zoo Project, after training in Milan: Amnesia Milano, Magazzini Generali, and a four-year residency at Bolgia.

At thirteen, he had his first CDJs. In 2005, he started DJing professionally in the Milanese scene, with his ear still marked by the dance music that played in his uncle's car. That mix of muscle memory and booth craft continues to define how he works: he watches the dancefloor, extends the narrative, and avoids the easy clip.

Saturated groove, from Hot Creations to Crunch

His sonic signature is a fast groove, precise drums, chopped samples, and soulful vocals, straddling the line between atmospheric house and peak-time tech house. The record label leap came in 2018 with Gimme Tha Honey, a collaboration with Matteo Spedicati on Hot Creations, and was sustained with EPs and remixes on Get Physical, Serialism, Decay Records, Kaluki Musik, Hottrax, Solid Grooves, and Four Thirty Two. Tracks like A Man Dressed Like a Child (with Nici), Aldea, Let Me Doin' No Stop (with a remix by Jansons), or Quarterback (with Francis De Simone) show that same obsession with the dancefloor body.

In 2020, he opened Crunch, his own label designed to release music without trend constraints, with launch parties and collage artwork. Everything from The Way It Is to Dippies Trip and La Suerte has been released there, and the catalog coexists with collaborations like Play Tripped alongside AJ Christou and Robert Owens.

Music On and the 2026 physical season

The present places him in the orbit of Marco Carola's Music On, with sessions at Pacha Ibiza and Destino, and with his debut on Ilario Alicante's Sound D'Elite: the EP Physical Love, released at the beginning of 2026, four physical bass tracks that range from the title track to the afterhours tension of Escabrosa. In parallel, he has played at DC10, Cocoricò, the Music On Festival in Amsterdam, and Ministry of Sound in London. Booking is handled by Future Artists. He remains at the helm of Crunch and a craft that, more than twenty years after those first CDJs, continues to measure success by the connection with the dancefloor and not the screen.
