A neologism to reinvent the dancefloor

Innellea treats the club as a narrative: cinematic and melancholic landscapes, insistent percussion, and abstract techno that shifts from introspection to release. The name is presented as a neologism linked to musical reinvention, without tying itself to a single label. Based in Munich, the project functions simultaneously as a live act, DJ, and producer, with a sound that has evolved from melodic techno to a rawer, indie club style.

Afterlife, Fusion and the 2019 leap

The project was born in 2016 as a duo. In December 2018, it debuted on Afterlife, the Tale Of Us label, with the Vigilans EP. That same year, he performed his first live set at Fusion Festival, with a sunset slot before a massive audience. From 2019 onwards, the name consolidated itself in the international scene: first as a secret weapon for techno DJs and later with releases on Afterlife, Innervisions, and Diynamic. Tracks like Vigilans, Forced to Bend, and The World Returns marked that wave. At the beginning of 2020, Daniel left the duo for health reasons, and the project continued as a solo act.

Distorted Youth, The Belonging and the belonging label

The solo phase expanded into conceptual audiovisual tours: Distorted Youth, the Five Phases cycle—five phases of life, from The Awakening to The Conclusion—and The Belonging. On February 9, 2024, he released his debut album The Belonging, fifteen tracks that cross melodic techno, grime with Flowdan on Forward Forever, and collaborations with Monolink, CamelPhat, and Colyn. That March, he performed at the Drumcode takeover at Drumsheds in London. In 2025, he launched the belonging label with the compilation Finding Home, conceived as a community platform for music and art. Live, he has delivered long sets at Warehouse Beirut, Green Valley in Brazil, Experts Only during ADE in Amsterdam, and, in 2026, EDC Las Vegas and a b2b with Colyn at Ultra Miami.

Slave to the Hype and the return to the rave

In February 2026, he wiped his profiles and published a statement regarding the pressure of algorithms and expectations, which resonated throughout the electronic scene. The return came with Slave to the Hype (March, belonging) and Bounce Music (July), with a more direct turn toward club and indie dance. Current booking is handled by NTRL and management by MEIOSIS. The mantra We Belong Here summarizes his idea of the dancefloor as a place of belonging.
