Justin Mylo

Amsterdam's future bounce found a name of its own in Justin Mylo: that of Bouncybob, the track he co-produced with Martin Garrix and Mesto, which was released as a free download on December 31, 2015, and reached no. 28 on the Billboard Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart.

From the local circuit to Garrix's label

Before that track, he was already DJing in city clubs and had started producing in his teens; his first international gigs took place in 2014. The breakthrough anchored him to STMPD RCRDS, Garrix's label: he has released a large part of his catalog there and has become a regular presence at label nights, residencies, and festivals. Future house, progressive house, and festival electro mark the core of his sound, with nods to big room when the drop calls for scale.

Groovy George, Jumping Jack and the bounce with a name

In 2016, Groovy George arrived, alongside Mike Williams on Musical Freedom, as well as the solo track Jumping Jack on Spinnin' Records. The scene often groups them with Bouncybob as a bounce triad with character-like titles. Later on, the same pulse reappears in Funky Freddy (with Rich Edwards) and Rave Alert (with SWACQ), while Chasing Shadows and the EP What Am I Looking For? (2019, ON/OFF) broaden his range toward a more vocal house style.

Burn Out, the second assault with Garrix

On September 14, 2018, Burn Out—featuring the vocals of Dewain Whitmore—was released on STMPD and Epic Amsterdam. The electro house track premiered at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami, reached no. 26 on the Billboard Dance/Electronic chart and 52 on the Dutch Single Top 100, and achieved platinum status in Brazil and gold in Mexico. In 2022, the trio reunited for Find You, the eighth track on Sentio. In between, collaborations such as When We're Gone with Mesto or I Remember with STRNGRS maintained his bond with the label.

ON/OFF, Ushuaïa and the emotional pulse

In 2017, he launched ON/OFF, his own brand for releases, a filmed tour, and a show. The producer himself insists that every track must have emotion—happy, sad, or melancholic—and that the goal is for the listener to feel something. He has performed at Tomorrowland, Sunburn, Sziget, and World Club Dome, and has been a regular at Garrix's residencies at Ushuaïa (Ibiza) and Omnia (Las Vegas). In 2023, he signed Rescue Me with Karen Harding; in 2024, In My Bones with Ryos. His recent output includes Distant Love with Brooks and Philip Strand and, in May 2026, Worries, once again on STMPD. In parallel, he maintains Mylo Mansion, the podcast that his official website links alongside his tour dates.
