The pulse of Manchester turned into a global club

The street pulse of Manchester runs through every Mason Collective set: elastic basslines, physical percussion, and a very British take on club culture. The trio formed by Blair Suarez, Adam Myles, and Omar Guedar has built their identity from the dancefloor, connecting the energy of sound systems, reggae, hip hop, UK garage, and high-voltage house with a distinct visual aesthetic. Their language is recognized by grooves with immediate impact, fast mixing, and a crew attitude that has made their performances feel more like a community than a simple DJ set format.

MVSON as a meeting point

Before establishing themselves as an international name, Mason Collective developed the MVSON universe in Manchester, a party brand with its own themes and dress code that found one of its first homes at Sankeys. This approach, closely linked to fashion and urban culture, grew until it took shape in their own events, festival stages, and the MVSON World format, with editions linked to spaces like Arley Hall, an airfield, and Progress in Manchester. The aesthetic dimension of the project also led them to collaborations and campaigns with brands like Adidas, Footasylum, and Gramm, reinforcing a personality in which music, clothing, and the local scene function as a single ecosystem.

From Whippin' to the big booths

Their breakthrough came around 2018, the year they signed a period of strong exposure in the UK with dates at Creamfields, Parklife, The Warehouse Project, Canal Mills, and Studio 338, in addition to debuting in European circuits like Ibiza, Sónar, and Hideout. In the studio, the Whippin' EP reached No. 1 on Beatport and opened a line of releases that passed through labels like Play It Say It, Desolat, Hottrax, Saved, Knee Deep In Sound, Solid Grooves, DFTD, and Nervous Records. In 2019, they activated their own label Whippin, a platform for their own material and like-minded artists; in 2024, they expanded that map with MVSON, inaugurated with the 'MVSON WAY' EP.

High-pressure house with international reach

The trio's projection has been consolidated with performances in clubs and festivals in the UK, Europe, and the United States, including spaces like Hï Ibiza, Amnesia Ibiza, Pacha Barcelona, Space Miami, The Warehouse Project, BPM Costa Rica, Desert Air in Palm Springs, and dates alongside The Martinez Brothers. In parallel, tracks like A Little Affection, People In Love, Party Jumpin', Come To Ibiza, Room For Me, or Ride have maintained their presence in the digital circuit and in house and tech house booths. Mason Collective occupies a recognizable place within the contemporary house scene today: a project with Mancunian roots, a global vocation, and its own narrative where the club, the street, and the community feed off each other.
