Heaters only, right at the booth

Noizu has turned the motto Heaters only into a trademark: high-voltage house and tech house, dry basslines, vocal hooks, and tracks designed for festivals and clubs to react instantly. A Brit born in London and based in Los Angeles, his sound blends the UK rave memory with the pulse of the Californian scene.

HOWSLA, Confession and the Techné label

The project started in 2017, when Chris Lake commissioned a track for the HOWSLA compilation (alongside Skrillex) and asked him to release it under a new name. That track was Lasers. The same year came the Jungle EP on Confession, Tchami's label, with support from Diplo, Oliver Heldens, A-Trak, Jauz, or Malaa. In 2018 he founded Techné Records: the debut, Rave Alarm with Dombresky, was chosen by Annie Mac as Hottest Record in the World on BBC Radio 1 and broke into the top 10 of the ARIA club charts in Australia. He also signed the official remix of A Different Way by DJ Snake featuring Lauv and, in November 2018, sold out Sound Nightclub for his first headline show in Los Angeles. DANCE, on Black Book Records, garnered support from FISHER, Green Velvet, and Claude VonStroke.

The piano of Summer 91

The massive leap came with Summer 91 and the vocal version Summer 91 (Looking Back), featuring Annaca Espach: it was released via RCA / Sony, reached no. 27 on the UK Official Singles Chart in 2021, and has surpassed 135 million streams on Spotify. Noizu himself has explained that the track was born out of lockdown and the desire to return to raves. His subsequent catalog maintains that anthem-like vocation: Push to Start with Westend (feat. No/Me), Lost, Vogue, Gasoline (Catch & Release, 2024), or Acid Rain with Madge. As a label boss, he distributes stems for remixes and uses Techné as a platform for talent, with the Club TECHNE parties.

Before this cycle, as Jacob Plant, he released on Speakerbox (Ministry of Sound), Fly Eye by Calvin Harris, and Dim Mak by Steve Aoki; the EP Warehouse (2013) and Louder (2014); remixes for Rihanna, Calvin Harris, Benny Benassi, Axwell, or Sub Focus; and stages like Reading and Leeds and Lollapalooza Chicago 2014. Zane Lowe named Fire Hottest Record in the World. He started producing around the age of thirteen, after moving from guitar and metal to electronic music.

Kinetic Field, Ibiza and residencies

Live, he has gone from opening Lollapalooza in 2018 to debuting at Kinetic Field at EDC Las Vegas 2025, in addition to Cosmic Meadow in 2023, Club Space in Miami, the Hollywood Palladium (including a sold-out b2b with Dombresky in front of more than 4,000 people), his biggest New York headline show at the Knockdown Center (2025), Calvin Harris's week at Ushuaïa Ibiza (2024), Eden, and Amnesia (elrow). In 2025, he joined the Zouk Group residency in Las Vegas.
