Body Language and the leap to the front line

Body Language was not born as a summer experiment: in 2025, Samm's solo track climbed to number one on the Beatport House chart and was chosen by Pete Tong as an Essential New Tune on BBC Radio 1. Released on Abracadabra, BLOND:ISH's label, it condensed the pulse that the Antwerp producer had been refining for years: hypnotic grooves, afro-rooted percussion, and a melodic warmth designed as much for the sunset as for the dance floor. That same year, his remix of All The Love —signed alongside WhoMadeWho and Everything Is Art— received the same endorsement from Tong and made it clear that his signature was already circulating in the global league.

Magnifik, from Belgian parties to the Crystal Garden

Before signing as a solo artist, Samm spent more than a decade in the studio. He started with instruments at age twelve, got into electronic music and vinyl in his mid-teens, and started DJing at sixteen. For years he produced for others; the leap to his own name came when he decided to build a language between afro house, melodic house, and soul-infused techno. Together with Ajna, he founded Magnifik, a label, community, and party series with its own stage at Extrema Outdoor and Tomorrowland, including the Crystal Garden. In Antwerp, he has sold out Ampere, De Kaaien, and Waagnatie, and the project has traveled to Amsterdam, Lisbon, Mykonos, and London.

Does It Matter, his first big hit of 2023, was embraced by Solomun and backed by CamelPhat, Keinemusik, and Adriatique. From there came Move on When Stars Align, remixes for Lost Frequencies, and a dialogue with Adriatique that crystallized in Back To Life (X Recordings) and production credits on Love’s A Game.

Tomorrowland, Pacha, and a DJ booth written on the fly

At Tomorrowland, he shared the Atmosphere stage with Black Coffee and Dixon, played at Freedom and CORE, and even hosted his own space with Magnifik. Outside of Boom, he has brought the same pulse to Pacha Ibiza —first with CamelPhat and later at Abracadabra—, OFFSónar and Brunch Electronik in Barcelona, VOLT in Milan, Sound in Los Angeles, Shellona in Saint-Tropez, Scorpios, Pukkelpop, and Voodoo Village. In the booth, he improvises more than he rehearses: he changes his USB according to the dance floor and prioritizes a warm groove over shock value.

Heavyweight remixes and a catalog without borders

RÜFÜS DU SOL commissioned two official remixes of the album Inhale / Exhale, an unusual gesture in that circuit. His music now circulates on Defected, X Recordings, The Moment, Rose Avenue, Siamese, Abracadabra, When Stars Align, VOD, and his own Magnifik Music. With around two million monthly listeners on Spotify and the backing of Keinemusik, Black Coffee, Carl Cox, Vintage Culture, Jamie Jones, &ME, Rampa, and Pete Tong, Samm has established himself as one of the most sought-after Belgian voices of his generation. Booking is handled by Triple One; management, by the Tomorrowland team.
