The Beginnings and Roots of a Legend
Vicente López González, known worldwide in the electronic scene as Vicente One More Time, is a legendary artist born in Lugo, Galicia (Spain). Although his roots are Galician, his musical career was fully consolidated in the Community of Madrid, specifically in Alcorcón. With over three decades of experience, he began his successful journey in the early 90s exploring sounds such as remember music, makina, trance, and progressive. In those early years, he demonstrated an innate talent, receiving the award for Best Progressive Track of the Year 2000 from the prestigious DJ Magazine thanks to his iconic track 'Musika'.
The Great Pioneer of Hardstyle in Spain
With the constant evolution of electronic music, Vicente One More Time found his true identity in energetic rhythms, becoming the undisputed pioneer and greatest ambassador of Hardstyle in Spain. While this powerful style dominated Northern Europe, Vicente took charge of introducing and popularizing it on the peninsula. His entrepreneurial vision led him to found the historic venue IN More Music, forever cementing the culture of hard sounds in the country. For his incredible contribution, in 2003 he was awarded the prize for Best Album of the Year by DJ ONE magazine with his thunderous track 'Yambo'.
Today, his undisputed leadership is materialized in his star residency at the massive and iconic '150' sessions at the macro-club Fabrik (Madrid). There, he acts as the main host, sharing the stage with the world's greatest exponents of the genre, such as Showtek, Headhunterz, and Brennan Heart.
International Projection and Multidisciplinary Facet
the force of his sets has broken all borders, allowing him to step on the sacred ground of Defqon.1, the most important hardstyle festival in the world, in addition to performing at a multitude of international events in Holland, Italy, Switzerland, and Singapore. On the national circuit, Vicente regularly crushes it as a headliner at macro-festivals of the stature of Dreambeach Villaricos, Medusa Sunbeach Festival, or A Summer Story.
Beyond the DJ booth, he is an absolutely multidisciplinary creator: he stands out for his work as a radio host and director at the station Unika FM, and has worked as a television presenter, writer, and vocalist. At a record label level, he has accumulated hundreds of references on international labels and has founded the successful brand Madrid Hardstyle Movement. In 2022, celebrating two decades of promoting his favorite genre, he released his spectacular studio album 'Musika Maestro', an innovative 15-track work where he integrates vocals in Spanish over powerful hard bases, demonstrating that his legacy will continue to dominate the dance floor.
