A French groove built for the dancefloor

A hypnotic saxophone, elastic basslines, and a four-on-the-floor pulse that seeks euphoria rather than hardness: that combination turned Dombresky into one of the most recognizable signatures of contemporary French house. His music links house, tech house, disco, and the French house penchant for filtered loops, with bright arrangements and direct energy. Tracks like Utopia, Soul Sacrifice, and Simple Hit established that language; the former launched his international projection, and Soul Sacrifice grew to accumulate tens of millions of streams.

From hip hop clubs to the American leap

Raised in the south of France and linked to Montpellier, he began honing his craft as a DJ in Parisian hip hop clubs. Upon fully entering production around 2015, he shared a creative environment with figures of the new French school like Tchami, Malaa, and DJ Snake. In 2016, he released the EP Reaching Perfection on Fool's Gold Records, A-Trak's label, and reinforced his rise with Utopia and Wait on Confession. The move to the United States expanded his circuit: he ended up settling in Los Angeles and took his sets to Coachella, Lollapalooza, and EDC, in addition to selling out venues like the Shrine Auditorium and Hollywood Palladium. In the studio, his catalog expanded through work with Tchami, Malaa, Noizu, Boston Bun, Jaded, and Crusy, without losing an identity based on groove and immediate dancefloor response.

Process as a label, radio, and method

The idea of process stopped being just a motto with Process Radio, a show started in 2021 and later awarded as the best radio space at the Electronic Dance Music Awards. With over a hundred episodes, the format functions as a showcase for his house selection and as an extension of his sets. In 2024, he founded Process Records and premiered the PRX series with Heads High (PRX001), conceived to release club tools and open space for new producers. It was followed by releases like It's a Party, Casablanca, alongside Crusy, and The Apex, within a stage in which Dombresky combines editorial autonomy, radio, and international tours.

The double life of Disco Dom

Under the alias Disco Dom, he explores disco, refunks, and the hedonism of classic house more explicitly. The Inferno series, his re-readings of popular songs, and long-form audiovisual montages have given the project its own language, albeit connected to Dombresky's festive pulse. That coexistence between two identities allows him to alternate contemporary house productions, vocal collaborations like In My Room and Running, and shows focused on disco culture. In his current stage, he remains active between Process Records, Process Radio, and a global agenda, situated at the point where club efficiency, French tradition, and an openly celebratory aesthetic meet.
