Origin and early steps

Novah is the stage name of Noa Heyse, a Belgian DJ and producer born in Antwerp on October 3, 2001. Her connection to electronic music took shape within the Belgian rave scene, and before taking over major DJ booths, she experienced the scene from the dance floor. That direct contact with club culture shaped an identity oriented towards physical energy, collective connection, and the pulse of the night. Her public entry into the hard techno circuit accelerated in 2022, when she released her first techno mix on SoundCloud and made her live debut at the Seven Years Synoid Weekender in Berlin.

Sound and artistic identity

Her sound moves between hard techno, hard dance, acid, industrial techno, and elements of psytrance. In the booth, she builds high-voltage sets with fast kicks, acid lines, euphoric builds, and a tension that alternates mechanical roughness with melodic moments. This blend of forcefulness and emotion has made her one of the most visible figures of the new wave of European hard techno, especially for her ability to translate underground intensity to large-format stages without losing a direct and combative rave aesthetic.

Releases and evolution

Her catalog gained weight with A Savage on Taapion, a label linked to Shlømo, and with the remix of Ekstasis for BYØRN on No Mercy. In 2024, she reinforced her projection with Lost In Bliss on Revised Records and Inner Odyssey on EXHALE, Amelie Lens's label. In 2025, she opened a key phase with Papi, a collaboration with CERES released by Tomorrowland Music, followed by ACID. In 2026, she continued that line with Rave Kid and Rave Never Ends, teasers for the Rave Kid EP, reinforcing a musical narrative centered on rave culture, festival impact, and the global expansion of hard dance.

International projection

Novah has performed at benchmark events and stages such as Tomorrowland, Awakenings, Verknipt, Extrema Noir, AirBeat One, Docklands Festival, The Gathering by Tomorrowland, Boiler Room x Teletech in London, and Unreal Erfurt Warehouse. In 2025, she was included in the Spotify EQUAL program and carried out an intense international schedule, with a presence from Europe to South America. In April 2026, she starred alongside Nico Moreno in a sold-out five-hour b2b at Rave Rebels, at the ING Arena in Brussels, before some 15,000 people. Her current position is that of a rising artist within global hard techno, backed by One World Artists and by a community that identifies her with energy, precision, and rave attitude.
