The red of Blackworks and the Madrid vertigo

Few names explain the recent rise of hard techno in Spain as clearly as Dexphase. From Madrid, his figure unites the DJ booth, promotion, record label, and rave culture under a single idea: bringing the fastest, hardest, and most industrial sounds to increasingly larger spaces without losing the sense of community. His identity is built around high-pressure kick drums, dark aesthetics, accelerated rhythms, and a reading of the club scene deeply connected to a generation that found in hard techno a direct form of physical release.

An itinerant brand rather than a fixed club

The turning point came in 2019 with the creation of Blackworks, a project born in Madrid as an event promoter and later developed also as a label. The initial intention was to make room in Spain for emerging artists and sounds that were already growing strongly in other European countries, especially in France and the Netherlands. Rather than functioning as a simple club night, Blackworks was conceived as an itinerant movement, with a recognizable community, its own visual codes, and programming oriented towards hard techno, industrial, acid techno, schranz, hard groove, and contemporary rave.

From La Cubierta to international expansion

The evolution of Blackworks reinforced Dexphase's position as resident DJ, founder, and creative engine. After the open-air dates in 2021, the festival at La Cubierta de Leganés in March 2022 marked a leap in scale for the brand. Later came stages and clubs such as Aquasella, Monegros, Medusa Festival, Florida 135, Barraca, Industrial Copera, La Riviera, Hï Ibiza, INPUT Barcelona, Verknipt Festival, SWG3, Techno BKLYN, Thuishaven, Under Club, and Boiler Room Madrid: Blackworks, where he debuted in January 2024. The brand's projection has also reached cities such as Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, Antwerp, Liverpool, Warsaw, Naples, Bogotá, Medellín, Buenos Aires, and Santiago de Chile.

Tracks, label, and a scene under construction

As a producer, Dexphase has released music on Blackworks, Reckless, Sacred Court, and other spaces in the hard techno circuit. His catalog includes cuts such as Neofuture 5000, Blackworks, Follow My Rules, Melancholic Dreams, Sacrilege Committed, Front Row Raver, Not Your Broken Toy, and recent works connected to Blackworks such as Forge The Path, the anthem of Blackworks Weekend Festival: Dimension, and EXTINTION EP alongside Reggio. His role as a label promoter seeks to give visibility to emerging producers and combine new talents with international figures. With B4 Bookings as professional representation and Blackworks consolidated as a global platform, Dexphase occupies a central place in the new Spanish extreme techno scene: rather than an isolated DJ, he acts as an architect of a rave community with international reach.
