The edit Jamie Jones took to Cercle

When Jamie Jones played the rework of My City's On Fire by Jimi Jules on the Cercle stage, Rafael stopped circulating only within the Tel Aviv dancefloors. That track, born as a private weapon for his sets, became his international calling card in 2022: hundreds of thousands of streams, the backing of Jones, Michael Bibi and CamelPhat, and a tech house stamp with a vocal hook that works just as well at peak time as it does at afterhours.

Tel Aviv, Maccabi House and the bass that won't let go

Raised in Tel Aviv, he first started as a DJ around 2010 and, starting in 2019, began signing productions under that second name. The Maccabi House ecosystem, the label of Adam Ten and Mita Gami, became his natural home. That is where the edit of Daft Punk's Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger arrived, along with re-readings of classics like Blue by Eiffel 65 and a studio chemistry with Ten that produced Toys on Higher Ground —number 1 on Beatport—, Call 911 on DFTD/Defected, Sweet Boy and Beat Goes On. With Gami, he signed What Is Luv and the remix of Sun. The result is a sound of rolling bass, hypnotic percussion and choruses designed for the dancefloor to remember instantly.

Crosstown Rebels and the track that was already an anthem

In June 2026, he debuted on Crosstown Rebels with the EP Gotta Be Cool, a track that Damian Lazarus had already turned into a staple moment of his sets months before its release. On the flip side, Teder —alongside his studio partner N.O.Y.— points to the deeper side, named after the Tel Aviv studio complex where both work. The catalog has expanded through Hot Creations, Three Six Zero Recordings, Realm, Beltools, Planet X and Higher Ground, with official remixes for Jamie Jones (La Musa) and RÜFÜS DU SOL.

From Coachella to the Santa Monica Pier

2025 marked the leap to major US venues: Coachella, Lightning in a Bottle, Splash House and Burning Man, as well as the Space Miami terrace with Maccabi House. In February 2026, the RAW CUTS platform filmed his back to back with Brunello at the Santa Monica Pier. The UNVRS Ibiza calendar places him at Jamie Jones' Paradise and at the closing party alongside The Martinez Brothers and Mochakk. His first concert outside of Israel was in Madrid, in 2022; since then, the circuit links Tel Aviv, Brazil, the West Coast and the Ibiza booths, with long sessions like the All Day Long at Café Mitzpor. Today, he is one of the most recognizable signatures of the new wave of Israeli house: groovy, emotional and designed for the dancefloor.
