The dancefloor just a span from the booth

In the compact room of Moog Club, where the crowd is practically on top of the decks, Uroz has turned reading the room into a technique as important as mixing. His sessions are distinguished by their duration, responsiveness, and a resident's logic: observing what keeps the dancefloor engaged, preparing for a guest's arrival, rebuilding energy after a change in direction, and sustaining the early hours without relying on predictable formulas. That direct relationship with the club defines a career focused on the craft of the DJ, selection, and the construction of extensive journeys.

Years of residency, not just a showcase

He began DJing in 2005 and found his first prolonged immersion at Depósito Legal, in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, where he served as a resident for several years. That context favored an especially open repertoire: resonances of electroclash, acid house, minimalist electronica close to pop, and cold, dark, and hard-hitting techno could coexist within the same night. In 2012, he became part of the core group of Moog residents, a bond that continues in 2026 and has made his name a stable presence in Barcelona's underground electronic scene.

A sound map without compartments

Stylistic breadth does not function in his hands as an arbitrary succession of labels, but as a narrative tool. He can link cosmic waves and contemporary electronica with acid, electro, and EBM, only to then lead into the repetitive pulse of the 4x4 techno associated with the main room of Moog. That flexibility allows him to take on openings, closings, and all-night sessions, as well as to engage with guests of very different profiles. Throughout his career, he has shared the booth or lineup with artists such as Daniel Maloso, Cora Novoa, Iñigo Vontier, Marc Piñol, Ángel Molina, and Undo, encounters that have reinforced his identity as a selector capable of preparing, tightening, or reorienting a dancefloor without breaking continuity.

From the big festival to the weekly night

His inclusion in the Sónar 2015 lineup brought that club work to one of the main international showcases for electronica. Without abandoning the local circuit, he has also appeared recurrently in Barcelona spaces such as Macarena Club, LAUT, and Switch Bar. The 2026 schedule places him regularly back at Moog, with all-night sessions and dates for the Moog History series. His current position is understood through that consistency: Uroz represents a conception of the DJ as a resident, selector, and architect of the night, someone whose identity is built record by record and in front of a real dancefloor.
