A Brazilian in Solomun's Picture series

The summer of 2026 placed Volkoder at the center of European house: Solomun had been testing his IDs for weeks at his Ibiza residency when Diynamic Music released Picture: Volkoder, a six-track EP designed as a full-night arc. Rolling percussion, hypnotic basslines, and a club patience that had already convinced CamelPhat, Mau P, and Vintage Culture. For a producer trained in the interior of São Paulo, entering that limited vinyl series was the confirmation of dancefloor maturity.

Detroit, 2014 and the Beatport explosion

Before the Ibizan booths, the leap occurred in the Salto studio. Self-taught, with an architect's ear applied to the groove, he burst onto the scene with the Detroit EP: Jamie Jones, Patrick Topping, Carl Cox, Marco Carola, Nic Fanciulli, Lee Foss, and The Martinez Brothers turned it into a session weapon. That same year, he placed fifteen productions in the Beatport Top 100 and closed the 1991 album. In 2015, the RMCA awards distinguished him as breakthrough DJ and best remixer producer; Sensation settled among the most played tracks of the summer in Ibiza.

Two hundred references and the major label circuit

The discography exceeds two hundred references. He has released on Hot Creations, Toolroom, Suara, Kittball, Dirtybird, Catch & Release, Repopulate Mars, Defected, Black Book Records, and Metamorfosi, and has remixed Guy Gerber, Kerri Chandler, Dennis Ferrer, and Tiger Stripes. In 2025, he returned to Jamie Jones' label with Need Your Body, released Act Up (Bad Boy) on Black Book—with support from Chris Lake, John Summit, and James Hype—and delivered Cama Cama to Joseph Capriati. On digital platforms, he has accumulated more than fifty million streams.

Collaborations, Ibiza, and his own label

2026 has been a year of alliances: Hands Up with Vintage Culture, Got Me Crazy with Adam Ten, Unique Moment with CamelPhat, Trajadão / Everybody on Black Book, and the remix of Morning Coffee together with Vintage Culture. The My House EP, once again on Hot Creations, recovers nineties house with contemporary pressure. He has played at Ministry of Sound (London), Space Miami, Eden, Green Valley, Warung, Rock in Rio, and Tomorrowland Brasil, debuted at Paradise at UNVRS, and performed at Hï Ibiza. WME handles his international booking, and he is preparing Special Records, the label with which he wants to sign his next chapter.
