From his early hours at Revival to his current role at Metro Dance Club, Carlos Agraz has built a career marked by the ability to read the dance floor and adapt without losing his identity. Raised in a family of musicians, he absorbed the techno-pop of the eighties, italo disco, and the aesthetic of nineties techno makina from a young age, a background he completed with music theory and guitar for several years. This foundation allows him to transition with ease between sessions oriented towards massive dance floors and more demanding sets for purist audiences.

From the Revival myth to the current pulse of Metro

His time at Revival—one of the most powerful chapters of the Spanish electronic night—marked a turning point in his career. Joining the main room team at such a young age solidified his reputation in the Levante and opened the door to residencies at clubs like THC, Guru, Moss, and La Calle Bar. Currently, he is part of the artistic team at Metro Dance Club, one of the benchmarks of the Valencian scene, where he contributes continuity, energy, and a repertoire that connects with the Mediterranean festive tradition.

Producer, own label, and Beatport presence

As a producer, Agraz has released on national and international labels such as Maquina Music, Bedroom Muzik, Darkside Record, Metro Dance Records, Natura Viva, Exx Underground, and Clarisse Records, reaching prominent positions on Beatport on several occasions. Tracks like Prendeh, Dame Roce, Louder Control, or Donde el Sol reflect an evolution towards contemporary tech house and afro house without renouncing the rhythmic force that defines his style. Additionally, he is a co-owner of Reptilian Music, a label through which he has promoted his own releases and those of other artists since 2012.

Lineups, awards, and international scene

His schedule has taken him across much of the Spanish geography—Murcia, Alicante, Almería, Granada, Valencia, Madrid, Mallorca—and also abroad, with performances at clubs like Tantra/Privacy Ibiza or La Punky (Béziers). He has shared the booth with figures such as Adam Beyer, Marco Carola, Joseph Capriati, Jamie Jones, Oxia, Amelie Lens, and Richie Hawtin. Among his awards, he highlights the best DJ of the Region of Murcia award in 2011 and 2012, and second place in the Valencian community in 2010. Under the alias Another Color, he explores nuances of melodic house and melodic techno in select contexts.

Fran DC Nation and the current sound

A regular figure at Industrial Copera's Fran DC Nation, Agraz maintains an active profile in both coastal clubs and events of national projection. After the pause caused by the pandemic—a period during which he lived in Tenerife and resumed activity outside the booth—he returned to the scene with renewed motivation. His proposal remains anchored in the party, the connection with the audience, and a selection without artifice: music to move to, enjoy, and disconnect.
