Melodic pressure designed for large systems

Massano has turned melodic techno into a language of physical impact: tense basslines, hypnotic lines, and cinematic-scale melodies that work just as well in dark clubs as they do on massive stages. His signature is recognized by an aggressive sound design, highly calculated builds, and a way of sustaining tension without losing emotional clarity. From Liverpool, a city with its own musical culture and a growing electronic scene, his rise accelerated following his first releases on Running Clouds, especially with Velocità and The Feeling, the track that launched his international profile.

The turning point of The Feeling

Following the impact of The Feeling, Massano consolidated a path of releases on labels such as Oddity, Afterlife, and Drumcode, combining dancefloor punch with direct melodies and structures highly oriented toward the club moment. His debut EP on Afterlife, In My System, marked a key stage: the work reached number one on the Beatport release chart, while Drown entered the platform's global top 10, and all four tracks from the EP were among the strongest in the melodic house & techno territory. That momentum was accompanied by support from names like Tale Of Us, Mind Against, CamelPhat, Fisher, David Guetta, Oliver Heldens, Vintage Culture, Adam Beyer, and Pete Tong, in addition to presence on BBC Radio 1.

Simulate as a unique identity

Massano's dimension as a DJ grew in parallel to his profile as a producer. He has performed in large-scale contexts such as the FIFA World Cup, Wembley Arena, Tomorrowland, Ultra, Creamfields, The Warehouse Project, Kappa FuturFestival, Time Warp, Printworks, Brooklyn Mirage, and Hï, Ushuaïa, and Pacha Ibiza, with sets conceived to maintain a high-tension narrative. In 2023, he had an especially intense year, with more than 120 performances and a dozen releases, and he shaped Simulate, his own label and creative universe. The platform blends music, technology, and futuristic imagery, and functions both as an outlet for his material and a space to promote like-minded artists.

From Natural to a global language

With Natural, released in 2025 on Simulate, Massano presented a 15-track album that summarizes five years of artistic development and expands his palette without abandoning his characteristic energy. The project brings together his own tracks and major collaborations, including Angel In The Dark with Anyma, Oblivion with CamelPhat, and Healing with Stephan Bodzin, in addition to recovering pieces already central to his live sets. In his current stage, Massano occupies a solid position within the new generation of British melodic techno producers: an artist with a recognizable sound, an international schedule, and an aesthetic increasingly defined between the dancefloor, audiovisual spectacle, and brand building.
