The warm, percussive pulse of Keinemusik finds one of its most recognizable signatures in Rampa. Linked to Berlin, the German producer has turned the label and collective into its own ecosystem since 2009 alongside &ME, Adam Port, Reznik, and the visual direction of Monja Gentschow: a creative family rather than just a release platform. His contribution is perceived in the architecture of elastic basslines, sober drums, and slow-burning melodies that made the Kloud logo a global symbol of contemporary house.

From tech-house grit to afro-house charm

After making a name for himself in the second half of the 2000s with a functional take on minimal techno and tech house, Rampa shifted the center of gravity toward a warmer, vocal, and organic sound, crossed by African-rooted rhythms, deep house, and melodic tension. His catalog has been built around Keinemusik, but he has also appeared on labels such as Innervisions, Cocoon, Diynamic, Afterlife, Kompakt, Strictly Rhythm, Defected, Freerange, BPitch Control, or Crosstown Rebels. Among his standout references are the Hall of Violence EP, his collaboration with WhoMadeWho on Abu Simbel, and works within the Keinemusik universe such as the albums You Are Safe and Send Return.

Selective booth, expanded studio, and design culture

Rampa is not limited to the figure of the permanent touring DJ. His profile combines production, selective sessions, and a strong relationship with music technology through TEILE Elektronik, a project dedicated to analog effects and booth tools. In the studio, he has signed remixes and works associated with artists such as Moderat, RY X, Adriatique, Âme, Honey Dijon, J Balvin, Diplo, Uncle Waffles, and Naomi Sharon, in addition to participating alongside &ME and Black Coffee on tracks from Drake's Honestly, Nevermind album. Live, his name is linked both to solo performances and the Keinemusik deployments on stages and high-impact contexts: Burning Man, Coachella, Circoloco, Time Warp, Tulum, ADE, Off Sónar, Fusion Festival, and other international circuits. His current position combines the massive magnetism of the Kloud with a highly recognizable club aesthetic: patient groove, emotional tension, and a way of leaving space for detail that has made Rampa a central reference for large-format house without losing connection to underground culture.
