The Sheffield bass never fades

On the dancefloors of Northern England, bassline was never a passing trend: it was the language of a generation. TeeDee learned it in Parson Cross, organizing sold-out under-18 parties in Sheffield pubs as a teenager, and has turned it into the engine of a discourse that now reaches international tech house. Before standing behind the DJ booths of Amnesia Ibiza or the Halo stage at Creamfields, he produced rap and drill beats at the community studio BeatzHub. The legacy of T2, Toddla T, and DJ EZ is still audible, but the current pulse is four-to-the-floor, elastic basslines, and a pop ear for melody.

Love Me, Sony, and a British platinum

The turning point came in 2021 with Love Me, a deep house track built on the Brownstone classic If You Love Me. The cut took off on TikTok and SoundCloud—reaching number 2 on the platform, ahead of Drake—and ended up being signed by Sony RCA through Robots + Humans. A year later, Out of Nowhere, alongside Bugzy Malone, reached number 9 on the UK Official Singles Chart, was an independent number 1, and received platinum certification from the BPI. That momentum opened up remixes and collaborations with Vybz Kartel (No Other Man (One Man)), James Hype (7 Seconds), Jess Glynne, Fredo, Rudimental, ArrDee, Cat Burns, and Billen Ted, in addition to a mix of over half an hour for Ministry of Sound that condensed garage, grime, and bassline.

Hyperactive World, Ibiza, and the club turn

With manager Omar Khan, he launched Hyperactive World, a label and event platform based in Sheffield. The EP House FC (2025) put him on the radar of the underground circuit, with support from Josh Baker, Max Dean, Prospa, and Joseph Capriati. In 2026, he debuted on Insomniac Records with I Just Need You and on Creamfields Recordings with Just A Dance, while Don't Stop and Other Side of the Phone confirmed a shift toward tech house and dancefloor deep tech. Sold-out headlining shows in the UK and Europe, Ministry of Sound in London, and the leap to Ibiza define his current position: a commercial hit producer who has chosen the club as his territory, without letting go of the Northern bass that, as he summarizes himself, is in his blood.
