Adriana Lopez is a DJ, producer, sound engineer, and label head born in Bogotá, Colombia, and based in Barcelona since 2003. Her career began in the late nineties in the Colombian capital, where she was part of the first generation that helped define the country's techno circuit. During that period, she was a resident at clubs such as La Sala, BarC, and Cinema, and began to develop a demanding relationship with mixing, selection, and the construction of tension on the dancefloor.

Precision, depth, and an aesthetic without shortcuts

Her musical language is based on raw, hypnotic, and hard-hitting techno, with a physical energy that avoids easy excess and favors progression, depth, and detail. Adriana Lopez has built an identity recognizable for her technique, her control of the pulse, and a way of narrating the set in which every change appears measured. Her sound moves between darkness, groove, and rhythmic pressure, with a firm but refined club approach, closer to resistance and concentration than to spectacle.

Grey Report and a long-running catalog

As a producer, she has signed music for labels such as PoleGroup, Semantica, Stroboscopic Artefacts, Modularz, BPitch, Mord, Mistress Recordings, Fuse Imprint, Illegal Alien, and Warm Up Recordings. She also runs Grey Report, a label created in Barcelona and linked to an austere, functional, and deep idea of techno. Her discography includes works such as Sigmet, Naos EP, Grey Report 01, Anonymity Of Grey, Percepciones, Embera, Espacio Infinito, Broken, and A Series Of Propositions EP, as well as remixes for artists such as Svreca, Pär Grindvik, Spencer Parker, and BLANKA.

International presence and new routes

Her international projection has taken her to booths and festivals such as Berghain, Tresor, fabric, Rex Club, Elysia, Lux Frágil, Khidi, Basement New York, Vent Tokyo, Faust, Vurt, Awakenings, Stone Techno, XRDS, DGTL, Rainbow Serpent, Boiler Room, and MUTEK. In recent years, she has reinforced her relevance with podcasts, extended performances, and b2b collaborations with high-profile names, maintaining a constant international agenda. Her alias Suut also opens a path more oriented towards broken rhythms and hybrid exploration, without breaking with the sonic discipline that runs through her entire career.
